Dr. Frangieh’s surgical experience extends well over 20 years and encompasses more than 10,000 refractive procedures.
Dr. Huan Meng Mills is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and refractive surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and comprehensive ophthalmology.
